In 2012 Inferno was not an big, global network agency. But we worked with big, global clients who needed insights from all over the world.

To solve the problem a couple of planners set up Captology. I helped to develop their network of foreign correspondents for affordable, rich, surprising and fast insights from 95 cities in 45 countries by researching influencers and trend hunters in local areas and reaching out to them.

So, when Nokia asked us what was cool for millennials in Rio De Janeiro, we were able to reach out to local trend observers and have a detailed and insightful report delivered to them within 48 hours.
